I walked into this store on my lunch break and knew exactly what I wanted. There were two people at the cashier's desk and a family at the front of the store. No one acknowledged my existence. One person acting as cashier and another sitting down behind the desk looking at jewelry through a loop ... for 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. Some of us have limited time to shop. I will go to another jewelry store where they notice when a human walks in the door. Service at this store has gotten increasingly bad over the past year. You aren't the only game in town, Kay. P.S. I have worked at a jewelry store, so I understand the retail logistics. This was just poor business.
I have made many purchases through the years at a Kay Jewelers and several at this location. My girlfriend purchased a necklace on June 17, 2017 for Fathers Day as a gift to me. The necklace broke the middle of September. I go to rerun the necklace for repair and they say the repair has to be paid for because there is nothing they can do. Not only that, but this is the FOURTH time I have had issues with something I have purchased from this store. I will no longer be a customer of ANY Kay Jewelers. Much less this one. Please take your business elsewhere to a company that cares about customer service.
