unscrupulous sales people. Added the $75 "lifetime jewelry guarantee" to my bill on a ring I purchased without my permission. Typical sales people working on a commission.
Was looking for a one of a kind piece as a gift. Sales staff was awesome. They helped me find what I was looking for, had it shipped in and they even helped me make some changes in jewels that I wanted so I to make it that one of a kind custom piece. Great service and great pricing.
