I waited 20 minutes and then the store manager saw me and she proceeded to ring up other customers and knew I was in the store the whole time she had a nasty attitude and I wish I could give no stars
They have completely ruined a "first" for us. We got my daughters ears pierced the last Saturday in May, the lady "forgot" to lock the backs and she lost one. We went back in and she had to redo it, well she misses the first hole. So now her earrings are lopsided. Well last night the earring broke so I head back this morning at 9 when they open to replace it. Guess what they were not open at 9 when they were supposed to. The "very rude" lady stuck her head out and said inventory check back in an hour, so at 10 we go back and get told 30 minutes, 1030 30 more minutes, at 11she says I don't know when we will be done. I can never got this experience back. 76.00 spent for rude sales people and sub par work.
