My wife comes from a capital city where they do excellent work at almost half the price. She was not impressed with the service she received here. She is willing to give this place a second chance, but they must learn how to do their job correctly.
Best experience I’ve had in a nail salon. They offer a variety of services excluding a hair salon, facials, waxing and many more. Everyone is so friendly and greets you as soon as you come in.
My wife visited the Nail Lounge based on recommendations from this site. The customer service had much to be desired. She sent an email to them, but they never responded. An appointment was ultimately scheduled over the phone. The woman who did her nails did not understand English very well. My wife had already cut and shaped her nails prior to arriving. The woman who was doing her nails numerous times was trying to change the shape of her nails. We told her several times that we did not want this. Finally, two of her colleagues had to step-in and tell her what she was doing wrong. Furthermore, the final product had much to be desired. The surface of the nails had many cosmetic flaws with voids and depressions that are easy to see upon close inspection. Furthermore, there was one or two areas where the nail polish was applied thin.
This nail spa is beautiful! The customer service was awesome! Very clean, professional and sooooo relaxing. Brian was the BEST! TRUST ME !!! ASK FOR BRIAN !His pedicures. ....heavenly.
