Seems like the turnover in there is extremly high. My previous stylist had been there for 2yrs and i just found out Shes at a different Great Clips....Your mangement is very poorly for not sharing tgat info considering i had bought 400.00 in 9.99 gift card and mgment assured me then that my stylist wasnt going anywhere. Cayse she's Awesone......Bull...
Staff is always curtious and shop is well kept. More so, very kid friendly!
Great service no complaints on that and I would have gave it a better review but the issue is that if you’re gonna put a haircut place in the middle of the pooler parkway maybe you should provide more seating or maybe people that aren’t getting haircuts shouldn’t be aloud to sit inside and wait it’s absolutely ridiculous. My wife sits in the car while I get my haircut due to the limited seating why can’t other people do the same thing? It’s a bit ridiculous when 4 out of the 8 seats are being taken up by wives and children that aren’t even getting their haircut.
The cut was ok. The stylist was nice but she seemed in a rush. Told me she should be on the way to pick up her kids, as she is cutting my hair. Did not offer a shampoo( i understand the location may not offer that but I had product in my hair from the morning for the entire cut.) Did not even wet my hair, did not offer style my hair. I pay the same amount an recieve a lot more at sports clips.
I was extremely happy with the way Patty cut and styled my hair. I will continue to come back as they do a fantastic job !!
Returning customer. Came in a few minutes before someone came in that checked in online. Had to continue to wait even though I was there first....because i didnt use an app to check in to a place that doesnt take appointments.
