Andrea cut my hair and did an amazing job. Came in with a picture of what I wanted, and she took her time to really do it right. Will definitely come again.
Monique was my stylist. She permed, wrapped my hair, and put me under the dryer. I like how it came out! I'm only giving it four stars though because I had to wait a min even though I called ahead. However, when I come back next month I plan to ask for the same stylist, which says a lot!
Andrea was amazing. She colored my hair perfectly and also did a beautiful job on my daughters hair.
I took my 3 daughters here today for much needed cuts and will never do so again unless it's Aubree... My youngest 2 were very lucky, Aubree did an amazing job, she was very sweet and professional. Unfortunately my oldest got Holly, she did NOT listen to us on how my daughter wanted her hair, she yanked on her head like she was in a hurry and the place was NOT busy, she had a look on her face like she didn't want to do my child's hair, attitude, AND she got upset when my daughter told her it wasn't short enough (even though Holly had asked her) and began carelessly cutting away with a pissy face (even other stylists and another customer noticed) My daughters hair looks horrible and has to be re-cut somewhere else since it is NOTHING like we asked for. She's had her hair cut the exact same way for 6 years by many different stylists, never a problem, not sure why she didn't understand (IF that is her excuse for crappy cut) as far as attitude and lack of professionalism, there is NO excuse.... If you don't like your job then quit and find a new one. We were polite, paid AND tipped for a service that you were supposed to provide, and we are extremely unhappy with the outcome and experience.
I will never bring my daughter here again!
