Haven't been to this location in a few months due to other restaurants opening in this area. Decided to go last night because there were only a hand full of cars. Immediately when I walked in a sour moldy smell hit me. I thought it was the front entrance so I proceeded. After being sat at a booth you could tell it was coming from the carpets. This place needs a good deep cleaning or replace carpets. I ordered the 8 oz. Filet medium....it came well well done. At this point I was ready to leave so I decided to eat it. The waitresses came back and said the steak looks dry so she trashed it and took it off the bill. Two bites in I left and got take out on the way home.

Service was good and polite, but she could use some coaching on developing her communication skills. She was very attentive though. Food was good. Restaurant, however, smells like dry dog food. It was very difficult to get past the smell and enjoy our food. I would probably refrain from visiting again just because of the smell. I have visited Longhorn’s in other states and never had the issue of the place smelling.

Typically a good chain but this location had some issues. It took well over an hour to get our order and it came out with several issues. There was a serve by date sticker in one entree, hair in another and the children's cheese burger was burnt beyond edible.

Everything was awesome far beyond excellent. Our server was friendly and on point. We ordered Brisket Nachos for an appetizer which was cheesy, favourable, and cooked to perfection. We had the prime rib sandwich with baked potato soup and the 6 oz sirloin for an entree. The steak was a perfect medium, juicy, and melted in your mouth. The sandwich was the perfect blend of savory and salty with a hint of cheesy. The baked potato soup was creamy and chessy with touches of bacon and potato bites. I will definitely be returning again and again. By far the best restaurant I have visited in Georgia.

I worked for longhorns for a while, and even though the food is good at times, it's not really clean. The servers are amazing, especially Alexis, Tammi, and Bri. The safest orders to make are the salads, desserts, soups, and anything else that's prepackaged. I've worked in the food servicing department for over 2 years, and I can tell you that there's really no such thing as a completely sanitary restaurant. You just have to be smart about what you order.
