I've had no problems.
They have the best prices and 24 hours access. The office is open 7 days a week and really worked with me on keeping my stuff when I was out of work. They are a nice bunch of people to rent from.
Absolutely horrible. The woman at the front took so long, my daughter missed her flight home from school. She had to stay in a hotel overnight and pay for a second flight. The women could barely communicate and we had to repeat the credit card number on the phone 6 times before she could get it. Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. Don't go here.
