I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! So I have visible tattoos and long blue hair and I understand that not everyone accepts my style.. however, it's a problem when you walk into a store and you are followed step by step just because the person doesn't like how you look... THE BLONDE, short manager (I'm guessing) never took her eyes off me.. I had a small tote bag with me (because I refuse to use plastic bags) and this woman stalked me through the tiny store and never once asked if I needed help..ignored me when I asked for help and just assumed because I have tattoos going to steal dirt cheap shoes... so after ignoring the fact that nobody greeted me, ignored me then stalked me I STILL picked out a pair of adidas sandals in which were marked ON SALE! The sign, the tag, even the website had them marked on sale... when I went to pay the woman CHANGED THE PRICE TO FULL PRICE AND WHEN I ASKED HER WHY THEY ARENT ON SALE SHE SAID "that's an old sign I forgot to take down..." and when I said "why did you change the price even though it rang up on sale" she replied "they're no longer on sale"... AND THEN ANOTHER GIRL CAME UP AND STARTED ARGUING THAT THEY CAN CHANGE PRICES AS THEY SEE FIT... unbelievable.. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I know for fact that is complete BS!!!! I should have returned them.. and just left but I didn't wanna spend one more minute in that store... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You're better off going to the shoe store down the way on the corner called "shoes off broadway" or something like that.. way cheaper and most importantly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO DISCRIMINATION!! I'm honestly in awe over this..
