Store was very hot, to the point it was very uncomfortable. As I was checking out the guy ringing me up made a mistake of hitting cash instead of credit. Which was not a problem but I usually don't carry alot of cash with me. I was just going to let them fix it. What the problem was it seemed that there was only one person in the store that could fix it. But after standing up there for awhile in a hot store and no one that could fix it, I called my sister to bring me the $10 I was short on cash and I just was going to pay cash. Guess I was in line so long another customer offered to give me the cash to cover what I was short just to get out the way. I said that I'd just pay cash I was told that I was still going to have to wait so they could fix it with the camera. I just left after that. When I called back to speak with manager that I had been waiting on the whole time, the one waiting on me was a manager that didn't know anything. And when I spoke with the other she was kinda rude about it. She did say she was sorry her going to the bath room was an inconvenience for me. She said she had told someone how to handle it but guess they didn't want to even try.
You need to fix store hours on websites store closes at 9 pm not 10pm
When I asked the 3 ladies standing at the counter a question they just ignored me. I know they heard me cause they looked at me and then went back to their conversation. They were very rude. I would rate 0 if it was an option.
Bogo sales all day everyday. Very good selection of shoes. They also came ship shoes to your house if they do not have your size for free.
Nice store, but not the biggest selection, and I sprained my ankle trying to get some shoes on a high shelf because I couldn't find any workers to help me.
