OMG!!! This was the worst service. The new southern customer service motto "Bad service with a smile". I came and ordered a simple cheeseburger and shake. My gut feeling was not to go 20 minutes before closing but I've never had an issue with any Sonic's before. So I get my bag, get back to my hotel and these horrible people slap cheese, lettuce, & tomato on a bun... No meat!!!!!! If they didn't feel like making the food I would have appreciated a nasty attitude telling me they didn't feel like making it instead of taking my money & giving that fake southern hospitality with no food!!!! I don't ever write unfavorable reviews but this really pissed me off especially working out of town. Absolutely uncalled for!
Good food, better ice cream. Had to request a remake twice on a shake last visit. I asked for a medium chocolate malt with extra malt. I got a strawberry shake first, then a chocolate caramel master shake. The third time was the charm and it was actually good, but it was a good thing I tasted each time before I left the lot.
This place just gave me and my GF food poisoning. We both have thrown up. I'm pretty sure that we are not the only people that got sick off their food tonight. I'm never eating here again.
Well there is a 45 minute wait because of Irma. I just want 3 drinks and 6 boneless wings. I don't mind waiting because I have been waiting over a day for lights.
Banana milkshake. That's the one for me. Oh yeah. I'm sure other flavors are good but I can't resist this one every time. I never eat here but people I've been with called it really solid for fast food. The staff at this location always seems to be pretty friendly which indicates good management to me.
