First and last time I go to Krystal. Especially not this location ever.
Worst customer service. Worst food ever.
Would of got a 5 but Fry's were not fresh. Everything else was terrific. Eat in the food is brought to the table. Jamie was very pleasant, she even walked through dinning area and asked if everything was alright.
The food was a joke. The food was basically cold. Like when you put something from the fridge in the microwave for 30 seconds. The meat looked raw and the cheese wasn't even melted. It just looked like cheese left out in the counter. At room temperature. I honestly doubted the food was safe. Didn't bother going back and asking for a refund because I doubted they would have cared with their terrible customer service.
So I leave the line the drive thru to go inside to pay for my order only one couple was inside eating food. Two manager on duty with two other employees

Waiting on getting your food is ridiculous. It really shouldn’t take this long. Especially since the food wasn’t even fresh. Brown fries and cold Krystal’s. Missing the cheese I asked for. First time coming here and last time.
I have been here before and didn't have to wait 10 minutes plus for my food
It started when I pulled into the drive thru. I asked the lady for a minute because it was my first time at Krystal. She just gave me attitude and said sure. I wanted a shake so I ordered a combo that comes with a shake. The lady asked me what type of drink I want and I asked her what flavors they have. She just said there is no shakes, and asked me what soda I want. I didn't want to pay extra for a shake combo so I told her I didn't want that combo anymore and just gave me attitude. So changed my order and finally picked what I wanted. The whole time while I was trying to talk to her and order she gave me attitude and just kept talking and laughing with a co-worker. I finally pulled up to the window and she just had so much attitude towards me. I asked if she can take off the onions and she just gave me the OMG face. I paid and got my food.
Ive been at this Krystals many times and each time the food as been hot and fast. All the employees are very nice and friendly. Expecially Sonya. Definitely will be back.
