I've ordered twice in a 2 week period and it's been horrible both times. The first time we ordered at 9:40pm and didnt get our food til after 11pm. We were told we wouldn't be charged for the dinner because she forgot to place the order and tell the driver to bring it after she placed it an hour later. Not only did she charge our card she also over charged us by 2 meals!! I had to call out bank and have them refund us the money since it was unauthorized..I never signed the receipt but somehow it had a signature. This time (7/12/2017) there was a small roach in my food. I called to tell them and she starts telling me they have had a roach problem for sometime now and the exterminator was out there yesterday to kill the roaches in the kitchen!
Whoever answers the phone and take the orders is very rude and ignorant. Has an attitude about delivery and hangs up on me without asking how I was paying. So I call back and she tells me that they only take cash. I told her I know that's a lie because I have ordered several times. I told her I have a master card bank card to pay with. She says they only take credit or debit. .........seriously. what an idiot. She then took my information. And ran the payment perfectly fine.
This place is terrible. I called them to see how they handle their money orders, and the girl on the phone was so ignorant If you’re thinking about eating here, don’t do it because they will rob you and there’s no manager on duty. This place is sick, and I even saw roaches in the corner one time. Absolutely sick and the food is disgusting. I will never ever eat here again, waste of my time and my money.
I have been ordering from Peking Gourmet frequently for 9 years now, it is our house's favorite go to for family dinner nights. The staff is always friendly and have NEVER gotten my order wrong...EVER. I can't say that about anywhere else. And to find a place that has great food, great prices, and great service is unheard of.
Call to make a order for delivery, girl that takes my order is beyond rude. Doesn't even ask how I am paying. Hangs up on me because she thinks I'm done, and before I can even give my card number. Call back so I can finish my order and actually pay. She tries to yell at me because I asked what kind of soda they have. Don't appreciate being called stupid girl. Never again. I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere.
