Avoid this place at all costs. I dropped off some shirts for dry cleaning and was told it would be $10.50. When I picked them up the clean & press work was mediocre at best. Then when I tried to pay with my card they said the minimum charge for a card was $15.00. Sorry but when you try to scam me I won't be coming back.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOTHING TO THIS PLACE! I brought my black dress in to be dry cleaned on Monday, July 3, 2017. The woman, who I assume to be the owner, told me that because Tuesday, July 4, 2017 is a holiday that the plant that they send their dry cleaning to would be closed, so the earliest they could get my dress back to me is July 6, 2017 by noon. I had planned to leave for a funeral in MIAMI once I retrieved my black dress from them. I get a call at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 6, 2017 saying my dress wasn't ready. This was clearly a breach not only of an oral contract but a written one as well, because she documented that my dress would be returned to me by Thursday, July 6, 2017 at noon. Because they failed to complete their end of the contract, I now must go and purchase another dress. I don't know about you, but I don't have cash to be throwing around for dresses because a BUSINESS failed to come through. When I said I won't be paying full price because you all failed to complete your end of the deal, she said "I can't do that". So now, I have to purchase a dress and also pay her. If she is hurting that badly for business, then I will throw her her little $15 dollar fee for my late dress, that I will have to retrieve upon my return to Pooler. So unprofessional. This place is a joke.
We ordered 10 new military name tapes before moving. I called and spoke to someone to make sure that they actually made name tapes and the lady said they did. When I picked them up the first time the font was incorrect. The lady said they would redo them free of charge, which why wouldn't they? When I picked them up the second time they all looked correct but when I took them out to for use, one of them had the Velcro sewed on backwards!
I will never do business with company EVER AGAIN. Nice ladies, I never got what I order 4 months later. I am so disappointed because I wanted to support this small business. I kept getting the run around. I feel deceived.
