I took my brother there for a birthday party and I was not impressed! The party room was not set up when the guest arrived, some of the workers were rude. My brother doesn't skate, he just wanted to play in the arcade and there wasn't much variety of games for him or the other kids to play. The manager told the host of the party that every child would be able to get a free gift but when they went up to get it he stated he never said all of the childern. After that incounter we never returned!
We brought our daughter to skate and play at Sk8 City today and were not pleased at all. My daughter loves the climbing area just as much as skating and come to find out it is shut down for a Halloween style maze.....It’s November 26th! This place is dirty and not well maintained in the least. No greetings from the staff, just the general “I don’t want to be bothered or at work” attitude. Skates smell extremely bad, Most of the Arcade machines, 9 are working and 17 are not working, nothing left to do but skate on a floor that needs a good sweep. Bathrooms are disgusting and nobody is here! Concession stand is rediculous and should be shut down. Nickle and dime for everything your child may need, such as the balance triangles. The owner, and management, has really let this place go. We will not be back or recommending this place to any of our friends. Additionally, you might want to tell your employees to get off their phones and deal with your customers appropriately. We were not the only family who left this place today due to its employees and general cleanliness.
I want to skate city with my friends this weekend and let me tell you, it was fantastic!!! The people at the front desk were so nice. They greeted me with 'welcome to skate city' and answered any questions I had in a respectful manner. When I went to skate rental, again nothing but nice. They made sure that I had the correct size so I was safe. And the the music, man the music was the bomb. Dj Prince was amazing. He played Cool stuff and he even took doing requests! The snack bar was amazing as well. They got the drinks quickly and the food or fast to. The food was delicious! Their freshly cooked wings were amazing. And there hand tossed
Skate city is a really fun place to go with your friends/family to skate. They have delicious pizza and wings with a class A food!! I come here every weekends with friends and family and we all love it with sk8citys awesome co-workers!
OMG!!!! This place hype!!!! I won some free food in the balloon drop! Some some kid won $50!!! The food good too. I come here every week. It lit on Saturday!!! The spot!!!and yeah... they got black out on Saturdays too. DJ prince got some good remixes.
