As long as I live and breathe I will never eat a Papa Johns pizza ever again.
Now this is where I get very disappointed with them.
Failure to provide services for payment rendered is crime and I am debating a criminal lawsuit.
The customer service was awful! The young man waiting on customers was very unfriendly and acted as though the customers were a problem when trying to make orders.
After the girl told me it would be 5 more minutes, I watched them pull out my crust and proceed to put the toppings on it.
Out of state in a hotel on Mother's Day weekend. Bad enough. So, I decide to order Papa Johns pizza. Worst mistake I ever made. I spent $33.17 including a $3.00 delivery and $3.00 tip. Along with my pizza I ordered :
I've ordered from this store at least 50 times and normally they're quick polite and the food is good. However today I had an experience with a very rude service Representative at the store. I normally order online so I guess that's where I made my mistake. Not only did they forget some of my drinks they got the wrong toppings on my pizza and gave me the wrong sauce for my wings. The delivery Driver just shrugged and said that's what's on the receipt

Terrible service! Long waiting time. Me and my wife were making 8 years marriage anniversary and everything possible that could go wrong in that day happened. We were trying to have at least a comfortable dinner and ordered a pizza. The estimated time said it would arrive 9:00 pm. We waited until 9:30, the tracking said it was ready and was in the way. My wife called asking how much longer it would take to arrive, the representative said it would arrive "super fast". We canceled the pizza at 9:45pm. 9:50 pm the pizza arrived, the guy said it was free of charge, but we were already eating sandwiches on our marriage anniversary. We end up stressed, sad and fighting through the night. It seems too few, but you need to understand the impact that a terrible service has on people lives. If you market a service as punctual and provide tracking info about it saying it is reliable, you MUST keep your word! I'm so so so sad, frustrated, furious and disappointed, such a simple thing screwed our night! Lessons learned, keep it simple, place for pizza is Little Cesar's, reliable, get things done in time and don't overcharge for a service that has nothing to do with what shows in the commercials.
You people are lazy, crooked, deceitful, lying thieves. You got my money and I didn't get what I paid for.
I ordered at 5:05 for a pick up order. At 5:40 I walked in, paid for my pizza. The nice young lady went to look for it, didn't see it on the shelf. I watched her walk over and talk to a young man. The young lady then told me 5 minutes.
I'm bothered because 40 minutes after I called and paid for it, then they decided to start making it. I use to order a lot from them, but probably not anymore. Very disappointed.
