Jessica was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and efficient. She was also pleasant and showed great patience explaining my policy and offering suggestions. I also spoke with a couple of agents answering the phones and they helped me as well. Sam runs a nice agency.

We received a quote on new Homeowners Insurance for our new home, the premium increased 2 times by the time we closed on the house... from $540 to $617 to $684. We have been great customers with State Farm for over 20 years in other regions and have always had great service until now. We will be shopping for a new agent, possibly a new insurance company.
I can't say enough about the office staff. Jessica is by far one of the most delightful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with.
I usually do not write bad reviews unless it was horrible multiple times because I know how hard it is to please everyone in the public. I have asked mutiple times for the manager to call me back or even before that for someone to call me. Everyone has hands on my policy account and don't know what they are doing. I have been a customer for about 2 years now and I pay more than 400 a month. Not every 6 months A MONTH! And I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. From Jessica who HANGS UP in people face because they are upset that no one is listening or doing what I ask about my policy. She Hung up the phone in my face. I have emailed Sam Sharpe multiple times asking for a call back because of the HORRIBLE customer service. I asked him to call me on 23rd of October and still no call and its 11/4/2017. I would never recommend them. Unless you want to pay your bill in full and have them call you and tell you they need more money because someone didnt do it right. I mean my goodness.
