Got a refrigerator from them and it so happen to stop working so everything in my fridge and freezer had to get thrown out claim they are sending a standard replacement but I still have to pay the price of what I'm paying for the actual refrigerator that I'm leasing. How could that be. All I can say is once I pay this off, they will NEVER have to worry about me getting anything else from them nor will I recommend anyone to them!
They keep sticking notices on our old apartment door due to old room mates failed to have them pick up a bunk bed set that we never had in our apartment after they left (wasn't there the day they left oddly). New tenants laugh because they stick the "sorry we missed you" on the door and never knock, the office calls us about it and we all just laugh. Make sure you have the product that's in someone else's name and make sure they are aware of someone still lives there or not. Leave those people alone and harass someone else! I'm so glad my stuff is paid off and I no longer deal with them, then again I dealt with hinesville and mike is hands down the best of all Aarons!
Jennifer and her staff are the best. Been dealing with AArons for over 5 years, I followed Jennifer from Statesboro, will only do business with her, she will treat you right!!!!!! she has an excellent staff now everyone in Pooler are great!!!!!
