Sorry customer service all wants pay and none wants to work.. called to see if they had a item yes mam plenty of them I drive60 miles straight down there after talking to her and none to be found..... Sams needs to hire capable people.
Sam's since you have lowered your management skills requirements to ground level, you might at least want to get someone with half a personality.
I have watched the customer service here decline rapidly in the last year. Now granted you still have a few on staff that offer exceptional customer service (hence the 2 stars instead of 1). Unfortunately, they are few and far between. I've been shopping here for over 12 years The new manager, I hate to say...is worthless. I believe this is the first place of business I've ever walked in that the manger will walk right past you and not say hello, good morning, thanks for coming in or actually say anything, in fact he's never said one word to me. What a brilliant way to tell someone thank you for spending your money here...completely ignore them! They also have an assistant manager that is even worse then the manger. What a useless clown she is. Well lucky for me we are FINALLY moving away from the Pooler area and I will never have to shop here again. See things always work out in the long run.
Sams club is the best place to buy bulk food. Big savings. The store is well kept and maintained. Most of the employees are professional and polite. Although some at the customer service desk and the woman taking money from the cashiers could use some serious training in customer service and attitude adjustment. They are just rude ! Otherwise I enjoy shopping here weekly and saving.
I changed my mind. The 1 star is for the very few staff members that still understand and appreciate their customers. To Mr worthless manager and your useless clown assistant manager, you get ZERO stars.
Sam's sucks. I always go in there for one or MAYBE 2 things, and end up spending $200-300 on about 20-30 items instead. I have a love/hate relationship with Sam's. I fall in to the trap Everytime. The staff is super friendly, and always insanely helpful.
I downloaded Scan & Go from the App Store. When you have the app you can scan your purchases as you go and skip the checkout process. After scanning all your purchases you check out on the app and then show your receipt at the door. Very easy and quick. Love the app!
