If I could I would give a -5 star review on customer service due to NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have tried several times to call every department that is available on the automative system and the phone literally rings for 5 + minutes. The only department that would answer is the deli and was nice enough to transfer me to the automotive department (which is not offered on the automative service) to only have the phone pick up and hang up. This is complete BS. I know several people that need a job and would love to answer a freaking phone!
Very helpful employees. They say hello and ask if you need any assistance with anything. They insist on helping you load large items that you probably don’t need help with- those Walmart employees in Pooler just know what customer service is. Could’ve been 5 stars but I didn’t visit the store in its entirety and can not rate what I didn’t experience.
I found some good sports products for my niece and nephew for Christmas. Reasonably priced.
Store not stocked properly. Employees acting busy by playing with peanuts in produce section. Cashier very rude ripped our bag of potatoes and didn't say anything. Will not be going back to this location. Also employees on phones throughout
