I waited, then saw it was empty. I walked over and looked around and it didn't look any better than before, still dirty inside and out. I could have argued for them to do it right, but I needed to go and shouldn't have to tell them how to clean. Again no tip.
I went to the Pooler Location today for service. I requested the Complete Detail Package for $119.99. I dropped my truck off to be done at 9:02am . They called me when it was done at 10:46am. Upon arriving to pick up my truck, there were many issues that I found wrong. I'll start with there were bugs all over the hood and grill still, next I noticed there was a film still left all over the truck from the wax. It looked like the wax hadn't been wiped off all the way. The door jams were still dirty and behind the mud flaps were dirty as well. The front window looked as if it hasn't been cleaned either. I'm very disappointed with this. The detail manager came out and started to fix all the problems that I have mentioned above. I'm not satisfied with the work that was completed but I was aggravated and tired of the job not being complete when I was told it was done. As I was waiting for my truck to be done, a friend of mine happened to be having his vehicle cleaned as well, low and behold his truck came out of the wash with bugs and dirt still all over! He had to leave because he needed to get back to work. He surely wasn't impressed either. My wife and I have used Savannah Car Wash for a long time, but we will not be returning. The only reason I gave two stars is because the "manager" at least tried to fix the problems.
There was an expensive SUV in front of me, it was truly spotless going in. They started on it well before the Kia and were still cleaning it when I left. I was too mad to argue and though I had a good tip ready, I didn't tip them.
After cooling down, I decided to give them another chance the next day, this was meant as a gift to my daughter and son-in-law. I told the attendant about the day before, he said it should have been done right and didn't charge me for another pass, that's was great. But when I got to the back, where they wipe and vacuum, it did take longer and then they moved the car towards the garage. I thought they were taking it in to clean it better, a worker was still in the car moving around.
Sometimes good, other times not. They treat expensive cars, better than less expensive cars. They are always very thorough with my wife's nice Durango, it looks good every time and we always tip well. But I took my daughter's Kia in, which was even newer. It was dirty from a long trip, but not ridiculous. After the wash, they only took three minutes to wipe it down. I couldn't tell they had done anything and had paid for the best level cleaning.
My mother was in town this weekend for my wedding. While down she said she wanted to have her car cleaned up. I knew just the right place. I have taken mine and my wife's vehicles there many times and they do a spectacular job. Very knowledgeable, very dependable, and they definitely hold their cleanings to a high standard. The attention to detail in phenomenal. Eddie and his crew really do a great job. When we pulled up to get her vehicle I said to my mother, " there's your car". She replied "that's not my car". She was completely blown away and in awe. From the attention to detail on the interior to the hand waxing done on the exterior she could not believe it. I normally don't do reviews but am an avid review reader myself. Seeing the joy it brought her made my day. She told the staff there that day that her car hadn't been so pristine since the day she drove it off the lot brand new. Thank you to everyone who contributed.
Quality has definitely gone down hill since I started going here a year ago. Today, my car actually came out dirtier then it did when I showed up. Always have water spots covering my car, as if they forgot to dry half the car. Definitely not worth the $70 a month subscription.
They did awesome. If only yous knew how dirty my car was. Got the inside outside regular package and they did awesomely.
