I come here at least once a week and the ATMs are either not accepting cash or not accepting checks. I have never had issues with other locations. Unfortunately this is the nearest one to my house.
Horrible! My child support check was drawn off of this bank and being I don't have account I was charged $8! Wtf?!!!!
Thought it might be this location, but the Rincon, GA branch wouldn't answer either! Worthless management!
Wish they did not close at 4pm. Most people work until 5pm. They are open until 6pm on Friday but as you would expect, it is very crowded between 5pm and 6pm on Friday. Maybe open Thrus. and Friday until 6pm?
Horrible!! We have been trying to reach someone by phone since 11:30 am. The line is never answered but rerouted to an automated voice center telling you to make an appointment to come into the location. What?!! Fabulous, but you close at 4pm!! I work until 5pm!! You do the math.
Customer service? Forget that........ NO one answers the phones.....this is quite possibly the worst BOA branch I have ever heard of. Certainly the worst branch location I have ever encountered BY FAR. Not even a close second. If you ever could get someone on the phone at all (mission impossible basically) they are very quick to inform you rudely they cannot help with the simplest of requests.....that you will have to come in. Well try that.....its like a ZOO. No one knows what's going on....NO one will be seen for a good 30 hour on a good day. Figure its worth the wait??? Nope....you get a overworked employee that is stressed to the max and quickly rushes you through any thing you want so they can herd everyone else in and out like cattle. Its almost comical to watch this "bank" operate first hand though. A bank is suppose to run smooth and while all banks are busy at times....the experience shouldn't be frantic mode. I would literally rather pour sand in my eyes than try to deal with the Pooler GA branch again. I cannot imagine anyone thinking this location is worth using, even if you have to drive another 20 minutes to another branch. under the current management. Like
